Wedge Wire cladding enhances building exteriors
GAP WEDGE WIRE FACADE is an elevation system used on public, large-surface commercial and industrial building exteriors, as well as in the residential sector.
Forward thinking and innovative wedge wire cladding, facades and decorative panel designs, in conjunction with grille pattern options will enhance and emphasise the unique character of any building, becoming aesthetically pleasing in its functional and decorative nature.
Façade panels are hung on the support structure with special locks cut into the grid support rods. The ED01 wedge wire façade system therefore ensures quick and easy installation.
Panels are mounted to the structure with specially designed PP clips. This ED02 wedge wire cladding solution therefore allows for an easy mounting to practically any surface.
Wedge wire decorative cladding panels are entirely recyclable and eco-friendly.
- Panels manufactured from Mild steel have a zinc coated protection before powder coated to a standard RAL colour of choice.
- Sub-structure is made of Aluminium.

Basic colours in accordance with Standard RAL colour palette (RAL 9006, 9007, 9010, 9016, 9002, 5017, 3020, 3009). Other colours from the RAL palette are available upon request.

Perforated Metal decorative cladding panels in bespoke options

Gap Architecture manufacture a wide variety of perforated steel, particularly suited for use on balconies, facades and cladding due to its ability to improve lighting and air flow. With safety at the forefront, perforated decorative panels are structurally sound, whilst being aesthetically pleasing and are available in the following options (each with adjustable perforation size and density):
